Delivery and Payment

Orders placed with cash on delivery are shipped via Yurtiçi Kargo.

Your orders will be delivered to your address by Yurtiçi Kargo personnel.

You can make your payments either in cash or as a single installment with a credit card via a mobile POS device.

To benefit from the cash on delivery option, you must first register on our website, and your order total must be between a minimum of 300 TL and a maximum of 5,000 TL.

A service fee of 5 TL is charged for this option.

For order cancellations or product returns, it is necessary to provide your bank account details to customer service: "info@eyper.co" or Support Line +90 536 925 12 50.

In the case of order cancellations or product returns, the 5 TL cash on delivery service fee is non-refundable.

For cash-on-delivery credit card transactions, presenting the "credit card slip" is essential for order cancellations.

Product returns must be made using Yurtiçi Kargo.

If a return is sent using a courier company other than Yurtiçi Kargo, the shipping cost will not be covered by us.
