Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER may return the purchased Goods/Services within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date, exercising their right of withdrawal without providing any reason and without assuming any legal or penal liability. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the SELLER within 14 days via the SELLER's contracted courier company (Yurtiçi Kargo). Otherwise, the return shipping cost for exercising the right of withdrawal will be charged to the BUYER.

Withdrawal notifications and other communications related to the Agreement must be sent to the SELLER through the contact channels specified on the Site. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must notify the SELLER within the specified period, in accordance with the legal provisions and the withdrawal option provided on the Site.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised:

  • The BUYER must return the Product to the SELLER within 5 (five) days from receiving confirmation of their written withdrawal declaration.
  • The Product to be returned under the right of withdrawal must include its box, packaging, any standard accessories, and any other items provided as a gift, all in complete and undamaged condition.
  • Once the returned product reaches the SELLER and is approved, the cost of the goods/services will be refunded to the BUYER's bank by the SELLER. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in the BUYER’s account depends on the bank, and the SELLER has no control over this process.
  • For installment purchases, the refund will be processed in installments.
  • For orders under 1000 TL, the "shipping service fee" is non-refundable in cases of order cancellations or product returns.
  • For orders with the cash-on-delivery option, a 5 TL service fee is charged, and this fee is non-refundable in case of cancellations or returns.

If the BUYER returns the Product via Yurtiçi Kargo, the return shipping cost will be covered by the SELLER. However, if the BUYER uses a different courier company, the return shipping cost and any damages that occur during shipping will not be the responsibility of the SELLER.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised after the order is confirmed but before the Product is delivered, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the BUYER.
